On February 23rd the GPTE students took part in a workshop about using art in a CLIL classroom.
The amazing Daryl Cosgro introduced us to some mind-blowing activities we could use with our students to enhance their English experience. Apart from the discussion part where we learnt how to analyze pieces of art, the students had a chance to get some hands-on experience on the topic. They were making their own play dough, painting with aquarelles and making all sorts of other fascinating activities. We all learnt how important it is to support and develop the creativity in our students – in the end, according to our wonderful instructor’s motto, art leaves no child behind!
